California is known for many things, which includes its beaches, movie stars, and beautiful sights. Many have come to respect California, and many have chosen to move here in order to live out their dreams. California has been made into a famous state with famous occupants, as many Hollywood stars have been forged out of California. What many do not realize, however, is that California is also a common area for UFO sightings. Whether it be Los Angeles, San Diego, or a city on a smaller scale, California has its own bevy of UFO sightings. Here are three of the most recent sightings that have spotted around California.
1. Santa Clara, California
The first mention on the list comes from Santa Clara, California, and it is a very prominent event because it also contains raw footage of the sighting. According to a witness testimony over the sighting, a triangular shape was seen around 11 pm in Santa Clara, California on February 15, 2015. The object made no sound in flight, and it hovered very close to the ground. The object was also suspended in flight it seemed, almost like it was hovering over the local neighborhood. Once the witness got close enough to the craft, it seemed to vanish into thin air.
2. Los Angeles, California
Los Angeles is a populous city in California, but few know of the UFO sightings that take place in the city. On January 29, 2015, several eyewitnesses detailed several bright orbs that were suspended in the Los Angeles sky. Many note that the orbs were unnaturally white and bright, and they seemed to take the forms of several passing clouds. What seems supremely odd, however, is that these orbs also seemed to travel way faster than the clouds.
3. Simi Valley, California
Another spotting in California, this one comes out of Simi Valley. Apparently, according to several witnesses, on January 9, 2015, a flight craft was spotted sporting very unnatural colors. Where regular crafts may portray black or white colors, this color was odd in the fact that it was a “grotesque black and purple color, almost like a veiny appearance”. The object was at a constant speed and height, and it made no sound during flight. While one could say that it was a hot air balloon, it never changed speed, direction, or height, which makes it impossible in being anything close to a hot air balloon, or a plane for that instance.
